From first call to handoff
The same five steps run through every project, whether it is a one-week automation or a three-month product build.
Discovery call
A thirty-minute chat. Free. You tell us what is hurting or what you are trying to build. We ask questions and leave with a clear picture of what you need.
Scope and proposal
A written scope of work. Deliverables, timelines, and a fixed quote or retainer rate. Nothing starts until you sign it off.
Design and build
Work is delivered in phases with a check-in at the end of each one. You see progress as it lands. One revision round is built into every phase so changes do not blow up the quote.
Launch and handoff
Documentation, credentials, and a walkthrough session. You own what we built. If the project included hosting or infrastructure, we move it onto your accounts before we leave.
Optional support
A monthly retainer if you want us to keep running automations, handle maintenance, or roll out new features. Month to month, cancel any time.
Pricing, in plain English
Every project is quoted in writing before we start. These are the shapes engagements usually take.
How we quote
Fixed price for defined scope, like a specific automation, a dashboard, or a site. Retainer for ongoing work, like running a system we built, incremental improvements, or monthly automation support.
Payment milestones
On fixed-price work, fifty percent up front to start the build and fifty percent on final delivery. Retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each month.
Currency and invoicing
ZAR invoicing by default. Other currencies available on request. Invoices carry standard VAT details and usual thirty-day terms unless agreed otherwise.
Revisions
One round of revisions per phase is included in every quote. Anything beyond that is quoted as a change request so you always know what you are paying for.
If scope grows
If the work expands beyond what we scoped, we pause, put a revised quote in writing, and only carry on once you approve. No surprise invoices.
